Sending Email Message

When your email message is ready, you can send it out to your recipients.

Before sending the email to the whole list, it’s highly recommended that you send a test copy of your email to a few email addresses to ensure everything is OK. You can create test email accounts on major email services like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL and send a test email to those accounts to ensure the message arrives to the Inbox (but not the Junk or Bulk email folder) and everything is correct (images are displayed, links are working, format is not broken).

To send an email:

  • Click Send on the Edit Message window. Send Message screen will open.
  • Check the “Send message manually” box and click OK. The Delivery Monitor will open.
  • Check the box next to your message and click Start button.

You’ll see that the program is sending the message. When the process is complete, your message is moved to the Finished Task(s) pane in the Delivery Monitor.
